Trinidad James first made it on to the mainstream music scene in 2013 with his hit record “All Gold Everything”. “All Gold Everything” became certified Gold by the RIAA after selling over 500,000 records. It has been reported that previously in 2012, James signed a two million dollar record deal with Def Jam Records. With the success of his Mixtape “Don’t be S.A.F.E” fans were shocked to hear that James had been unexpectedly dropped from the label. James wasn’t even able to release his first album.
It has been years since James moved on from Def Jam. Today, the musician is still writing and producing music. He recently released a new mixtape “The Wake Up 2.” He also produces a vlog “Camp James” on his YouTube channel; “GoldGang TV.” The vlog is an inside look into his daily adventures into music and fashion. It is also a great way to keep up with the any upcoming ventures the rapper may be exploring. Check it out!
